Checkliste: Einsetzung einer Rechtsvertretung des Kindes im Sinne von Art. 314abis ZGB im Kindesschutzverfahren

Diese Checkliste ist eine Empfehlung und definiert den SOLL-Zustand einer optimalen Rechtsvertretung des Kindes, basierend auf der UN-Kinderrechtskonvention (1989) und den Leitlinien des Europarates für eine kindgerechte Justiz (2010). Sie soll KESB-Mitglieder bei der Prüfung der Einsetzung einer Rechtsvertretung des Kindes im Kindesschutzverfahren unterstützen.
